What to expect as the Client?
- A kind, compassionate, friendly service tailored to your specific needs and plan goals.
- Your initial appointment will take up to 1 hour and involve getting to know you, defining who your treatment supports are, understanding your goals and the desired outcome, establishing how we can help you achieve your goals including where and how each session will take place.
- Subsequent appointments will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. The duration, frequency and type of exercise involved will be discussed with you following the initial appointment.
- During your appointment, all required exercise equipment will be provided during the session. All you need to bring is clothing appropriate to exercise in (something comfortable and easy to move in), enclosed shoes such as sneakers, and a towel and drink bottle filled with water.
- Updates to your exercise program should be expected periodically to achieve progress or stability of your condition. Changes to your exercise program will be discussed with you each step of the way so you continue to have a clear understanding about how we are working toward achieving your goals.
